Tom is the Strategic Adviser to Labour’s Police & Crime Commissioner in the West Midlands: advising on policy, strategy, law and operations. Before his current role, Tom was working as a qualified lawyer, specialising in charity law, after a stint working in commercial practice. Tom also has considerable experience working with the third sector and with public services, outside of his main job. He has also stood in two general elections for the Labour Party.
