Simon has 30 years’ experience as a senior national trade union official in the postal, telecommunications, and facilities management sectors. He has served on government and industry regulatory bodies associated with legal services, media, and local government. He is currently a member of Liberty’s Policy Council,  a trustee of the Royal College of General Practitioners and a Low Pay Commissioner. Simon also runs the Makes-You-Think consultancy and podcast company, and tweets at @simonsapper.
